This Japanese Martial Art provides you with self-defence skills, exercise, and a means of refining and uplifting the human spirit. This modern martial art was originally developed by Morihei Ueshiba (1883–1969), it was his goal to create this art where practitioners could use the skills learned to defend themselves while at the same time protecting their attackers from injury.
The AIKIDO classes welcome adults and children 12 and up.
By way of introductory bonus, the first 2 classes are free.
