“Kick start” your new year with AIKIDO!

Japanese Martial Art Training for 12 years and up.

Learn self defense, bolster your resilience, strengthen your discipline, be persistent and improve flexibility.

Classes commence Saturday 18 January and run 9am to 10.30am on Saturdays in 2020.

Free sessions: Saturday 18 & 25 January 2020. Places are limited, so be quick!
