Join us at the Alexandra Community Hub as we come together to connect, share, and talk about mental health in our community, this event is in recognition of World Suicide Awareness Day and National R U OK? Day this week
When: Wednesday 11th September commencing at 11.30am -2pm, includes lunch
Where: Alexandra Community Hub
We’ll be hosting a mindful origami activity, where we’ll create stars together that will link into a giant chain—symbolizing the darkness of mental health and the importance of connection. Every star represents our collective experience, and how, together, we can bring light to those who need it most.
Come be part of something meaningful. Let’s connect, create, and make a difference.
This is event is proudly underpinned by Murrindindi Shire Council and supported by the Rotary Club of Alexandra and Alexandra District Health.
