BARISTA TASTER COURSE - 

In a tourist area we have many cafes and pubs, so our most popular courses are our hospitality ones.  Alexandra Community Hub runs these courses every term due to popularity - (this is only a taster and not a qualification)

• Barista Course - Steve and Lucy Collins form 'Roaming Poppy" offer a four hour Barista course at their home for participants wishing to update their skills for work or their resume
  • Our next barista course is Monday 29th July 5:30 - 9pm
  • Cost is $90 pp

CREATE YOUR OWN BOOK CLUB - 

Alexandra Community Hub has a lovely comfortable room with couches and lounge chairs with books that can be used to just come in and enjoy some peace and quiet or for community groups to hold weekly or monthly book clubs.  It can also be used to hold other small group meetings.  Please check with the office if you are interested or wish to book this room.

SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY CLASSES - 

We are seeking an expression of interest for any community members that wish to run a science and technology class her at ACH.  Please contact the office if you can offer your services

HAIR BRAIDING - 

Our local hairdresser, Kirby Welch has provided hair braiding sessions before through ACH.  If you are interested in doing this again, please register your interest and with enough numbers, we can provide some more sessions.  A two hour session $30 (two people) so bring along a child or friend to practice on.
