* Tai Chai with Jeanne Roberts -
An art embracing the mind, body and spirit – Originating in ancient China, tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. Although an art with great depth of knowledge and skill, it can be easy to learn and soon delivers its health benefits.
Jeanne takes Beginners, Intermediate and Advance classes here at the Hub most of the year.
Cost: $90 for 8 classes

* Meditation Course with Vicki Klein -
The mind, heart, and body can improve with regular meditation. It has been known to help ease chronic pain, anxiety, stress, improve heart health, boost mood and immunity, and resolve pregnancy problems. Vicki offers a 6 week course where she will do different types of meditation.
Cost: $70 pp
Date: Starting Tuesday 17th July (every Tuesday night for 6 weeks after the 17th)
* Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid can teach you how to provide the initial support to other adults or children who are experiencing a mental health crisis until appropriate professional health is received or the crisis is resolved. Mental Health problems covered in this course includes: depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and behaviours, non-suicidal, self-injury, panic attacks, traumatic events, severe psychotic states, severe effects from alcohol and other drug use.
Courses will run with appropriate numbers and when required.
