The L2P program is managed by Vic roads and funded by the TAC. This program run by the Alexandra Community Hub to assist young learner drivers 16-21 years without access to a supervised driver or vehicle to gain driving experience. This is needed to meet the requirements and assist in obtaining probationary licence.
In the program, eligible young Victorians are matched with fully licensed volunteer mentors. They are given access to a sponsored vehicle to undertake supervised driving experience and it is free.
The Alexandra Community Hub runs the Murrindindi L2P program for the community. New learners are always welcome, as are driver mentors.
