In this course, learners would do 2 hour sessions for approximately 6-8 weeks.
Learners are introduced to basic hospitality skills to assist them to gain employment in the hospitality industry or improve their skills in their workplace.
Students would complete basic table setting and napkin folding, personal presentation, waiter skills, barista skills, cash handling, customer service skills and also complete a short course certificate in Food Hygiene and obtain their RSA Certificate.
This taster course can also lead to further hospitality or tourism certificates.
